The camp offered a variety of tests, including blood pressure checks, diabetes screenings, general health assessments, and eyesight tests. People from the community took advantage of these free services, making the event a great success.

]]>At the Ek Hum Foundation, we are dedicated to fostering environmental sustainability and making a positive impact. Recently, we were deeply inspired by the support and guidance of Mr. Rajesh Sanger and Mr. Lalit Berry. Their encouragement and commitment have propelled us forward in our green initiatives.
In our latest project, we focused on enhancing our plantation efforts in Model Town Extension (B Block) Ludhiana, Punjab, India. With the combined support of Mr. Sanger and Mr. Berry, we undertook the task of planting new trees and nourishing them with a specialized nutrient solution known as Plant Activator. This nutrient is crucial for promoting robust growth and ensuring the long-term health of our plants.
Our work doesn’t end with planting. We also revisited previous plantation sites to monitor the progress of our earlier efforts. This ongoing assessment allows us to track the development of the trees and ensure that they are thriving.
In just two months, our collective efforts have resulted in the successful planting and distribution of 52 new plants. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and passion of everyone involved in our mission.

On April 22, 2023, the world celebrated Earth Day, a significant day dedicated to raising awareness of environmental protection and sustainability. The EK Hum Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Ludhiana, commemorated this day by organizing a sapling distribution drive at the Fountain Chowk in the city.
The EK Hum Foundation is committed to promoting environmental conservation and has been actively involved in various initiatives aimed at reducing the carbon footprint and conserving natural resources. The sapling distribution drive was yet another effort by the foundation to encourage people to contribute towards a greener and cleaner environment.

हर कोई एक छोटे से काम से शुरुआत कीजिए।
इसे घर में बच्चों से लेकर बड़े तक कोई भी आसानी से कर सकता है। पानी की बोतल आसानी से कहीं भी मिल सकती है। हर घर में हर दिन कम से कम एक या एक से अधिक प्लास्टिक की थैलियाँ आती हैं, (जैसे तेल की थैली, दूध की थैली, किराने की थैली, शैम्पू, साबुन, मैगी, कुरकुरे आदि) वही थैलियां हमें रोज कूड़ेदान की जगह पानी की बोतल में डालनी हैं।
आप सप्ताह में एक बार बोतल को भर सकते हैं और उचित ढक्कन के साथ कूड़ेदान में फेंक दें। ऐसा करने से जानवर बिखरा हुआ प्लास्टिक नहीं खाएंगे। प्लास्टिक कचरे और पानी की बोतलों का उचित निपटान होगा। कचरा विभाग को कूड़ा जमा करने में भी सुविधा होगी। इतने छोटे से काम से पर्यावरण, धरती और आने वाली पीढ़ी को बहुत बड़ा फायदा होगा।
जितना हो सके इस काम को 100% करने की कोशिश करें, जितने समय में हर कोई कर सकता है। शहर से लेकर गांव तक हर घर में यह आंदोलन खड़ा होना समय की मांग है।

Ludhiana, India – EK hum Foundation, in association with Shine Medical, recently conducted a medical camp in Ludhiana. The event was held on 09th April 2023 at Shine Medical, Ludhiana, and it saw an overwhelming response from the local community.
The medical camp aimed to provide free medical check-ups . The event was open to all and had a special focus on providing medical assistance to underprivileged communities.
The medical camp offered a wide range of services, including general health check-ups, blood pressure, blood sugar, and eye examinations. In addition, the camp also provided free medicines to those who required them.
The event was a resounding success, with a large number of people turning up to avail themselves of the medical services. The medical staff and volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone was attended to promptly and received the necessary medical care.
